Prime Time with Jillian

Not a lot going on over here this weekend.  Daddy had school so Jillian and I caught up on our shopping.  Jillian is really a good shopper.  Yeah for me!

Daddy came home and took a little video of Jillian playing with us in her room.  A little long, but a few cute moments.

Daddy decided to take over bath time tonight since he has been hitting the books hard lately.  I poked my head in to see what all the commotion was and this is what I found. This is something only a Daddy would think up.  If you only have time for one video, this one is pretty funny. 

  

Kids Say & Do The Darndest Things

Everyday lately it seems like Jillian come up with a new scheme of sorts that makes me realize that this kid gets it.  She knows what is going on and she is going to use it to her advantage.  

My first example is that we now dress up our stuffed animals and then tell them how pretty they look over and over again.  Thankfully, she did this to her stuffed cat, or Fender may have gone crazy, scratched Jillian, and then I would stuff Fender.  Ok, so the stuffed kitty shown here has 2 bows and 3 bracelets.  OMIGOD IT IS SO STINKING CUTE!  (Please note that we are still playing on the stairs)

Next example...I got a new camera because there was a misfortunate (no Ryan, I didn't do it on purpose) event with mine and a trip to Midland.  I hope whoever has it is ridden with guilt about not turning it in.   Either way, Jillian has decided that she needed a new camera and turned her phone into her camera.  This is her taking a picture of me.   

This one I just thought was funny...I finally found a use for m PE stamp!  (All the nerds engineers are laughing hysterically.  Maybe it is just me.  Why did I take that test again?)

And Finally...The hotspot of the day was the kennel.  However, we now have to accessorize the kennel and haul all of her toys in it.  Yes, that is the puppy dog from Crystal and Oscar still in the box.  Just where Jillian wants it to be.  I have asked several times if we could take it out.  

Berkley is trying desperately to reclaim his space, but Jillian wasn't about to give in!  Finders keepers, buddy.  

Ok, Ok, I got Jillian out finally.  

Just like a squatter though to leave a mess behind.  Poor Berkley just wanted a nap.  

Success. A 2 Year Photo Shoot

Once again, having an AMAZINGLY talented now turned duo of a sister and brother in law has worked in my favor.  I think to myself, I would love to have some really amazing pictures of JB and us as a family again like I did last year.  Annie and Bret delivered like madmen.  Seriously, the pictures just keep getting better!  

So I tried to pick out my favorite couple 31....In no particular order because that would have taken too long.  Except the first 2, which are my actual favorites.  Until I really start looking at 4 and 7 and 10 and...see no particular order.

Why didn't I wait until I got my braces off?  Hmmmm.  T minus 18 days until my last surgery (keep your fingers crossed for me, this crap is almost done).
