Just a few little tricks...

So Much To Be Thankful For

Well, it couldn't have been a better Thanksgiving weekend.  Of course we made our typical pilgramage back to St. Louie to visit all of my extended family.  It was complete chaous, utterly exhausting, and so worthwhile.  We flew in on Wednesday afternoon and visited my Grandma Mattingly's.  Grandma Rabbitt, Uncle JJ & Aunt Sarah, Aunt Diane, Steven, Nathen, and Becca all were there.

Becca is running around like crazy and is talking up a storm! She has changed the most out of all of my cousins.

Thanksgiving day was a lot of fun as well.  We woke up at Uncle John's house and then went over to Aunt Maggie's.  Just about all the Rabbitt clan was over there including my Grandpa Rabbitt and all my cousins.  I did have to show off my walking tricks a bit over there.  Everyone was quite impressed with me.  More on that later.

After Aunt Maggie's, we went over to Grandma Mattingly's and hung out with all my cousins.  They sure are fun.

On Friday morning, we made a trip over to Great Grandma and Grandpa Rabbitt's house for  a little brunch.  They sure love me.  It is always good to have a nice visit with them.  So many stories.

On Friday afternoon, we made a road trip to Rolla to visit Grandma Smart and Aunt Kathy and Uncle Mike.  I may be little, but I am full of fun. Grandma Smart let me borrow her walker and I was able to go like CRAZY!

We also got to see mommy's friend, Katie, and her son, Logan.  Logan is only 3 months and we are about the same size.  What an eater!

Ok, finally on Saturday afternoon we went up to St. Peter's to see Great Grandma Jaggi.  And for a little treat, Mimi and Grandpa Jaggi came up from OKC to visit as well.  I got to meet a bunch of my Jaggie and Ruck cousins.  I was the star of the show!

Look, Mom, No Hands

Sometimes, you just have to stand up for yourself.  That's what I always say.  So here I am standing up for myself.  I finally let mommy take my picture doing it.  I didn't want to make a big deal out of it, but Mommy kept saying, "one small step for mankind", and all that.

A new 'do

The Before...

And the After...

I know it's pretty subtle, but I think it makes me look older.  A bit more sophisticated.

Girls Weekend!

Well, we had another fabulous weekend for the Jaggi girls.  Mommy and me went up to Rolla, MO to hang out with mommy's super cool friend, Ms Katie.  Ms Katie is a rocket scientist and works for mommy and daddy's old school.  Ms Katie also just had a baby, Little Logan, about 2 months ago.

We all know, Ms Katie looks FABULOUS and Little Logan, well, he really isn't that little.  He is about my size and definitely eats more than me.  I love little babies so I had a great time with Logan.  We let him intrude on our girls weekend, but he's a pretty cool guy.

Since I refuse to go through St. Louis without seeing my Grandma Rabbitt, I asked her to pick us up and drive us down to Rolla.  She and I even got some one on one time while mommy and Ms Katie went out for Alex's.

Of course, we also went to see Great Grandma Smart.  She couldn't remember who my mommy was, but she remembered me!  He he.  I also told her that daddy was coming with me next time and she said she didn't really care if he did or not.  She thinks I am pretty special.  I really like her walker.  I could be really dangerous with one of these things.

In addition to all my other fun, mommy's friend, Ms Michelle, and her husband, Mr. Brad, and their daughter Clara stopped by for a visit on Saturday.  We played with the puppy dogs through the glass forever.  She is so cool.  She is 2 years old, but she really liked me.  I think I remind her of her dolls.

Watch out Beyonce

After we got home from our Halloween adventure, I told that mommy that the other dancing babies have nothing on me....

Cause if you like it then you shoulda put a ring on it
If you like it you shoulda put a ring on it.
Don't be mad when you see that he want it
If you like it you shoulda put ring on it
Oh, Oh, Oh

The Unveiling of a Masterpiece

Every once in a while, you have the opportunity to do something that you will never forget.  And I say...Carpe Diem.  This year my mommy siezed this little moment in time to make, from scratch, my first Halloween costume.  Since Mommy has done nothing, but talk about it for the past few weeks, I am sure that as a reader of my blog, you are fully aware of my costume.  However, if not, I was a beautiful Lady Bug.  It was just so FABULOUS!  I know my mommy will never forget this special little costume....Enjoy!

First just a few shots of the final product...

Me and my seamstress...I mean Mommy!

I was pretty much the bell of the ball...

My cousin, Nicholas, went out with us for Halloween also...Nicholas was a Dallas Cowboy.

Nicholas has learned to give kisses...It is just so sweet..

My First Fall....

I don't want you all to think I am concieted, but if you get sick and tired of pictures of me smiling and being the cutest baby ever...I would just pass on this post.  These are some pictures of me enjoying the GORGEOUS fall day we had on Saturday at my Mimi's house.

A Special Visit to Mimi & Grandpa's

We got to go up to Oklahoma this weekend.  For a 9 month old, I am becoming a pretty experienced traveller.  We had such a great time up there.

As a special preview here is a picture of me with my antennas on from my Halloween costume...more on that in another post.

My cousin Nicholas is hilarious!  Get this, he climbed into Berkley's cage on Friday.  I thought that was so funny.  I was too scared to climb inside, but maybe next time.

It wouldn't be right to go and see Mimi without a good story.  I love this book.

I also love Mimi's wine collection.... Mommy seems like she likes it too.  Hmm...

We also got a special visit from our cousins, Jessie & Kristen & Adam.  Adam had a wrestling tournament in Amarillo so they stayed the night with us in OKC on Saturday night.  Here are all of us together with our Daddies.  Mommy is a great photographer to get all of us at once.  It is a once in a lifetime event.

And last, but certainly not least... a good picture of Berkley enjoying the fall leaves.  Yes, we still love our puppy dog.
